it s coz if we use
s= ut+1/2at2
we get g= 9.8
which is at poles and it is wrong in ques it is 4.9 mts
|

Ans. At poles we know that the Earth's Radius shrinks to 6340km from 6400km. As a result the value of g increases from9.8 to 10 (approx.) at poles and here we get g=10 m/s2 which shows that it is either north pole or south pole where polar bear lives.
