Ya it dooes... but its magnitude is much lesser than the force applied on u by an air molecule when it hits u... not only earth... even u exhibit a force on d electron but it is negligible as d mass of electron is too small when compared to ur mass n its speed is much closer to d speed of light...

Not only electron... when u move ur finger slightly... all d stars in sky get a jerk... ( some what difficult to digest dis fact but it is correct according to newton's gravitational equation F = Gm₁m₂ / r² )
