At such low rank and marks U seriously need to work hard. Joining any institute with such a performance and preparation might not give U good future.

I would advise to drop this year, join good coaching, work hard with determination. I am sure that you can do much better next year and then join good institution.

u can try in mumbai
u can get admission at virtually an marks

the forms for AIEEE will be out on 16th (monday)
fill it n read the possible colleges u may get at
www.dte.org.in/fe2007
(see institute wise cutoff for CAP 2 or 3.....dun see CAP 1)

@nunoxic even my marks are 50 with air 189125 sr 25125 (andhra pradesh) pls can u suggest some private colleges which teake admission through aieee i am ready to go to any part of the country to study b.tech

I would suggest to take admission in du if u hav good marks in boards.Even I have a rank of 75670 and not expecting anything.But I have 93% in boards and I am joining delhi university.Btw wat's ur boards marks.

I will suggest you to drop or leave engineering. There is no point doing engineering at this rank.

Tough you may not get good college this year, you take admission in any pvt college and preapre seriously for next year without wasting any further time . I feel you have the potential to excel next year . Join some coaching(classroom if suits else correspondence of Brilliant etc.) and start for the goal.

I would say take a management seat in a decent college like RVCE, VIT, MAIT etc or join DU. If you want to drop a full drop is recommended especially with these ranks.
