if kirchoff law is applicable in ac circuits then why the net volt inRI circuit equal under root sum of squares of volts throh resistance and inductor instead of simple summation.

All that is done will not be lost to eternity everything ripens at its time and becomes the fruit at its hour.
You are not to decide what should be given to you , but to do what is required at that time.

The voltages across diff components ie capacitors , inductors and resistances are not in the same phase.
eg. voltage across resistor = 150sin(100pi*t) voltage across capacitor= 300sin(100pi*t-pi/2) voltage across inductor = 100sin(100pi*t+pi/2)
so net voltage = sum of 3.
Regarding ur 2nd q " why the net volt inRI circuit equal under root sum of squares of volts throh resistance and inductor instead of simple summation."
It is not the net voltage but is rather the max possible voltage or rms voltage depending on whether u put the max values or rms values.
for MAX VALUE of 150sin(100pi*t)+300sin(100pi*t-pi/2)+100sin(100pi*t+pi/2) using calculus or trigonometry methods get it as sqrt (150^2+(100-300)^2)=250 As u can see from the values I have given (for eg) max =250 and rms =250/1.414
These values were made just for eg.
Hope that clears everything.

who told kirchoff's law is applicable in an AC circuit almost all books use kirchoff's law in AC circuits but trust me they are all wrong kirchoff's law states integral of E.ds = 0 Faradays law states integral of E.ds = d fi/ dt even though the resulting equations are the same its completely wrong to use kirchoff's law where there is a changing magnetic field, in such a case only faradays laws hold if you want to know more tell me.

but this is out of JEE portions as long as JEE IS CONSERNED kirchoff's law is very well applicable and what shikhar told goes. the concept is confusing and my best suggestion is that you read about it after JEE (experience)
