is eco hounours from st stephens better than msc from bits (as i dont think i can get a dual at bits with my score at 239)

I think both are equally good. St Stephen's is world renowned.

To me,
St Stephens Eco Honours seems more attractive.......provided u r willing to do PG in Eco or MBA after graduation .

BITS MSc is much better. You can't even compare the two.
BITS>St Stephens
MSc BE Dual>BSc
BE will ensure a much better career, although Eco Hons from Stephens is not a bad choice, but definitely not even close.
