Yes you might. But we cant say for sure! Last year cut off was 1400. This year it might increase hopefully but as to the mainstream courses, we really can't predict!
i dont think that it will increase. because only the high rankers(>4000) will be joining new iits. so it is not really going to effect the cutoff ranks of main branches like madras.but u can hope for the best
