should i prefer it over the nit kurukshetra or nit durgapur if i get any one of those nits.

I personaaly feel Kurukshetra is better than ranchi...acc. to the rankings and what i've heard...can anyone tell me how good is nit silchar?coz i may get cse there...should i prefer going for it?
