the problems u are facing is that due to rolling ke is 7/10mv2 and not 1/2 mv2
try solving with it it will be easy

v=root of g(R-r)
kinetic energy here= transl+ rot
i=2/5mr2
v=rw
k=7/10 mv2
=7/10mg(R-r)
by conservation
mgh = 7/10mg(R-r)+mg(2R-r)
