with 11,125 rank (air) and 1203(sr delhi) in aieee and new rules dis time please tell me what are my chances in NIT Kurukshetra?? only NIT kurukshetra!!! it would be really helpfull for me.

u'll definetely get chemical/civil sort of branch dere...........n keepin in mind d changes in aieee counselling.............i think u have fair chances to get even better branch (all d best)
and dude i say chillax.................. coz not many die for getting in NIT kurukshetra(as they do in trichy, warangal, etc)..................so u wont be facing very stiff comptt
again i say all d best.................dont take much load.................enjoy these 15 days before counsellin............chao

u'll defintly get sth in NIT-kkr... may b not cs/ece ... but othr branches !! cuz the thng is, kkr is not among the topmost choices of the candidates.... so ur seat thr is 99.99% sure!!

but there are only total 199 seats for delhi general people on the basis of merit list(air). out of wich i don want 33 seats(civil), 22 seats ( industrial engineering and management)..now please comment!!

of course NIT kkr is not counted among d top 5-6 NITs or may be 7.............one of my frnz studies dere in civil and he himself says that NIT kkr has severe prbm if u consider industrial interface.......................apart frm that he adviced to luk for other NITs and think of it on;ly wen other options r closed..................................................i m not sure how gud or bad it is.........but i read on this website only at several places that NIT hamirpur is gud and fast growing (alo featured in top 20 colgs by india today) n all that.................and goin by..lats yrs cut off ranks i think u may get a gud branch dere........just check it

its not in the lowest ones... its just nt the most preferrd ones... ppl prefer alld, jaipur, bhopal, ngp before kkr ... so u can get kkr .... nd since thr is no state quota nemore..... ur seat thr is almost sure!

of course yar....................dce is far better than NIT kkr.................just see its location and d exposure it gets...............if i m not wrong this yr one student frm dce got 45 lac pa package..............and most of this is often attributed to it better location and better interface wid industries
