my AIR no. is below 10100
SR is below 150.
Should I take DAIICT or go for SVNIT?
What can i expect in SVNIT & other Top Nit.
Pl. reply?ts urgent

BITS Pilani Thapar Jaypee Noida SRM no private university is AICTE approved.
DAIICT is not a bad choice at all. It is a good college and is growing very fast. I would choose DAIICT over Surat any day, I doubt you can even compare the two.
However I don't think that you are eligible for first counselling. You may be able to get through after the final round of counselling though.

Have you been called through state quota?
If you have been called, please go and take a seat. In the meanwhile, wait for AIEEE counselling. However there is no point opting for NIT Surat unless you get CS or something, you will need to go to some other state and you will get a nice option overall. However DAIICT is fast growing and could well be in the top 15 colleges in the coming years. So it could be a wise decision.

SVNIT Mech > SVNIT CS...........
Svnit mech roxx.................its 4th in whole of india!!!!!!!
one can tell that its equivalent to daiict........
but c now NITs value is goin to be uplifted for sureeeee coz of that 50% all india quota and as far as daiict is concerned its damn good but its value will no dout decrease coz of that gujju quota........
and see if u want good placement then go for Svnit mech coz.....see its average is 4 or above and its highest is 12-13 and its mush better then Daiict with an average of 3 and highest of 9..
and the placement of Nit will increase coz of that All india quota while nothing can be said about daiict......
so i guess Svnit MECH will be better now and also in the future......
but dont go to any other branch there ........

don't go by current placements only. Agrasen has avg 3.8lacs while that of thapar is 3.25 lacs. Tell me which is better?
DAIICT is coming fast. quite fast. stick to it.
