With that rank you will get many better places.
You should have gone for Jaypee Noida counselling.
Anyway you will get Civil or similar engg in a decent NIT. I would prefer that.

just stick to NITs with this rank as you have already missed JIIT. Try for LNMIIT, that would be the best bet.

YMCA is far better than ITM , its a govt college so fee is low too , it has better placements right now , but in coming years ITM will be equal to YMCA , byw are y a haryana resident??
