there are 5 guys on one side of a bridge..
they hav only one torch and need to cross the bridge in 30 minutes.
only two persons can go on the bridge at the same time...
the time taken by each one of them is 1, 3, 8, 10 and 12 minutes each...
how would you send them????

there are 9 guys in a house and 8 of them have the same weight . The 9th one's weight is more than each of their weights. you have a beam balance. you can use the balance only two times and have to identify the 9th guy...

easy one
make 3 grps of 3 guys each grp1,2,3
put grp1 & grp 2 on d balance beem
case1-- if any of the grps gos down
dat particular grp has d def. guy n can be found out by again balancing any 2 guys
case2-- They balance each other.
means the 3rd grp has a defective guywhich can be found out by again balancing & carrying the same procedure
