IN MAKING OF CAPACITOR WHEN TWO CONDUCTOR JOIN WITH A BATTERY ,IN WHICH ONE IS JOIN TO CATHODE N SECOND TO ANODE DUE TO WHICH THE POTENTIAL  OF BOTH CONDUCTOR INCREASE , THEN POTENTIAL OF BATTERY DON'T DECREASE .WHY?

one plate of the capacitor becomes positively charged and it gains potential. the other plate becomes negatively charged and it loses potential (becomes negative). On calculating the total potential, it adds up to zero. So, the net potential of the battery doesnt change.

Rate if right.

No if potential of one increases then that of other decreases. Potential of both plates cannot increase

when u connect the capacitor to a battery, then current will flow. one plate will get a +ive charge and the other gets a positive charge. calculate the potential of each plate. let charge on one plate be q. the charge on the other plate is -q. therefore the potentials of the individual plates will cancel out. therefore, the net potential will come out to be zero.

the potential difference of the battery is the potential of the two electrodes. it will remain constant.
