adhikar..u have to understand that 40%people of bits pilani,pilani,goa campus are frm andhra!we have an andhra samiti(club fr andhra guys)..they said last year out of 4*600=2400 people 950 were frm andhra!!they prefer hyd.coz they feel its closer to home..thats why the cutoffs fell..as of now its comps pilani is abt 348,,goa,,fell to 318,,hyd to 302!n theres gonna be more dip in the following iterations..

 dude..i the end..its upto you,,depends on what you are looking fr the brand,n a good branch.

the seniors in bits are really helpful, we have faculty n seniors frm pilani,,helping evry1 in bits360..

See BITS is one of the best Engg Colleges in India. You can say it is next only to IITs. Now your query about EEE at Goa and Civil/Mech at Pilani.  In general, if you don't have a very keen interest for Civil/Chem, EEE at Goa is 10 times better than Civil/Mech in Pilani. 

Campus matters as also branch matters.  Here you are not comparing a ordinary college with BITS, Pilani. In that case, anything in Pilani would have been advisable. U are comparing Pilani and Goa, where the difference is not much. So u have given correct choice.  EEE at Goa is a very good course.

Finally, all these talk of grading of campus and who is better than whom will come to end after you complete your BE. Then it will be your knowledge, your real worth, your performance in the college and mainly in the job will decide your future. Dont be worried even after gettign EEE Goa.
