(1) how can i draw the graph of [x+y]=5

(2) graph of max([|x|,|y|]) = 2

(3)[ x²+y²] = 1

here [.] denotes the greatest integer function.....

1) 5 = < x+y < 6
so, draw two lines x+y=5 and x+y =6
and the region btw the two lines is the req graph inclding the boundary of line x+y=5 and excluding the other...

3) 1=< x^2+y^2 <2
so, draw two circles x^2+y^2 =1 and x^2+y^2=2
and the region btw the two lines is the req graph including the
boundary of circle x^2+y^2=1 and excluding the other........
