If these are the options the 2 is the answer as there are not infinite solutions and I have found two solutions .
x^3-y^3 = -11^3
now -11^3 can be broken into 2 integer factors in these ways
-121 *11,-1331*1
-11*121,1331*-1
now check each case, such as
let x-y = -11
x^2+xy+y^2 = 121
(0,11) and (-11,0) are two solutions
