Sphere will either go down or go up the incline

The force due to E is perpendicular to plane so I think normal force will balance it. So only mgsin@ exists. So it will go down.

I dont that will be the case, the situation is too symmetric and the force will be radial.
EDIT: If its not symmetric then it can go up
EDIT 2 : We also have to consider the charge induced on the inclined plane perhaps.

@conjurer ,How did u assume that normal force will balance the electrostatic force.????
I think we may have to consider diff cases..........

@reddevil -> how have u kept the plates , in the plane of incline(ie sideways to the incline) or in the plane perpendicular to incline (ie above and below the incline )
@conjurer-> whats the condition for going up ?

I am posting this FBD and my version of solution........Dont know if its correct....Just a try ..........plz tell if it is correct..............

I am also thinking about these possible cases:::
1) mgsin theta + induced(down) > Induced (up) which means sphere moves downward
2) mgsin theta + induced (down) =induced(up) which means sphere will be at equilibrium
3) mgsin theta + induced(down) < induced(up) which means sphere will move upward
And mgcos theta+ E =Normal reaction
BUT ONE LAST ANALYSIS ALSO NEEDED........Position of sphere will decide quantity of induced charge above the sphere on incline and quanity of charge below sphere on incline..........i.e if sphere is in middle of plane both charge distribution same so sphere will move down because of gravity .....but a small displacement wiil cause net charge above it to be bigger so it will move upward....................SO it will be PERIODIC MOTION..i think
what do u all say??????
