I wud suggest IGIT-CSE. Although DCE is the best college among the 3 but the branch U R getting there is not worth taking. And IIIT amethi campus isnt so good.
IGIT-CSE is the best bet for U and U wud get that ''Delhi'' advantage too. All the best. :)

in Ist counselling it filled up at 9700 but form 2 it ended at around 17k. so dont go by rankings. I guess igit cse is best & then IIIT Allahabad( amethi).because it has only IT branch so go 4 CSE. otherwise institutionwise go 4 IIIT Allahabad ( Amethi)
