WELL WE HAVE A NORMAL CIRCUIT THE GREY SHADED ONE IS
THE RESISTANCE AND IT IS CONNECTED BY A NON CONDUCTING ROPES TO LIGHT MASS M . THE DETAIL OF ROPE IS GIVEN ABOVE . THE TOP OF THE RESISTANCE IS CONNECTED AGAIN BY A NON CONDUCTING WIRE TO A CEILING . JUST CALCULATE I AS A FUNCTION OF TIME . THE CLOCK STARTS WHEN EQUILIBRIUM IS REACHED AND ASSUME CURRENT TO CHANGING INSTANTANEOUSLY
