flourine is ur ans. according to d scale developed by Linius Pauling to measure the values of electronegetivity, F₂ hs a value 4 n that of Cl₂ is 3.

 the values may not be correct, but F2 is confirmed.

bhaiya electronegativity is not a measurable quantity, so there is no question of the values  being correct or not....pauling scale is just a scale

Flourine is the most electronegative group .

my ans was not on d basis  of electronegetivity values, m just showing it to tell him dat F2 is more electrongetive than Cl2. dats all.

@gauravtargetiit-- Its true that electronegativity is non measurable..but Pauling devised a scale to measure electronrgativity of an element wrt hydrogen (or fluorine...pls clarify)...using the bond energies of different bonds..Thats the pauling Scale...Bhaskarrya is correct bout the value of en of fluorine being 4 ...
