why BeH2 molecule has a zero dipole moment although the Be-H bonds are polar?

dipolemoment is a vectorq uantity and the resultant dipole moment iszero becaus the two vectors are of equal in magnitude but opposite indirection
|

Dipole moment of unsymmetrical compounds is Zero...Unsymmetrical compounds are 1)Havn a central atom and same surrounding atoms eg CH4,XeF2,CO2 etc 2)Central atom nt hav any lone pair
