i have just faced a wave that tells that jee is gonna be subjective most probably this year.........
have u got any idea abt it........................
actually i was wishing for that to happen......................
wt u all say abt it....................
will it be an advantage to u or an disadvantage....................
for me surely an advantage........................
tough not too sure abt the news

hey its a disadvantage for me for sure....
n i guess for most of the ppl....coz in objective we can get the ans. by elimination etc or by intelligent guessing but....in subjective u dont hv ways lyk tht....so its a bad news...at least for me! :-(
lets hope dis is a rumour n nthn else....

dear akshay khare,
obviously just an idiot will take the risk of guessing in JEE.
why dont you see that in subjective, the paper will be no more concept-oriented but only presentation-oriented.
then there'd be not much diffrnc betn that and your board xam......
i pray.......it should be objective.................

I'd beg to differ mate...there are loads of people who guess in JEE....even sometimes people simply cram answers and try to relate answers to each other.....there even are some who go by gut feelings and somehow if Ur luck is good, U'll do pretty well in JEE
the subjective paper is a smart choice, this will help people who don't go to coaching classes as coaching classes only train U as per the type of paper....very few JEE coaching classes go too far different frm the JEE paper setup.....
But even I prefer the objective type of paper as it permits logic to function @ a faster rate than the subjective paper

Pattern of Exam for JEE 2009 top
There will be two question papers of three hours duration, each consisting of separate sections in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
