and if   electric field of the plates is balanced by non electrostatic region ...what is this?????


 


second......why the electric field ouside the cell is only due to plates......why ant it be due to that  non  electrostatic region...........

Could you please rewrite the question a bit more clearly? I mean which plates are you talking about and what do you mean by "electrostatic region"?
