DEAR SIR, I HAVE JUST GIVEN MY XII BOARD EXAMS AND HAD ONLY 10 DAYS TO PREPARE FOR JEE SO COULD YOU TELL ME THE NO OF QUESTIONS COMING IN JEE FROM KINEMATICS PORTION AND ALSO A LIST OF IMP FORMULAE FOR MY REFERENCE (ESPECIALLY IN LAW`S OF MOTION, S.H.M., WAVES, ROTATORY MATION AND VECTORS.

Nobody knows the exact weightage of the topics asked in JEE. Instead try to revise your strong topics and do your best in the exam.
Himanshu had given some links , refer them for shortcuts.

Dear your question is very difficult to answer but I must recommend you to polish the topics you are comfortable and confident in don't start anything new ( for new chapters you can use solved examples to refresh the techniques , but this depends on your level of preparation during 11th )

( My personal suggestion its not good to be struggler , archive it smoothly )
