thoes who darken D bubble shouid be wrong according to me bcoz D means staement-2 is wrong but how this statement is wrong after all this is newton third law of motion

B is right.
Both statements are correct.
The actual reason is Inertia , which makes the dishes to remain on the table ,even on removal of the cloth.

statement 1 is correct and statement 2 is also correct but 2 is not the reason for 1st because statement 2 signifies Newton's III law but inertia is a concept based on I law.
