my target is aieee . which books should i study for mathematics? plz suggest books where all concepts are perfectly explained and where good problems are given

if u wANT BASICS START FRM RD SHARMA READ THEORY AND STUDY IT THOROULLY AND THEN DO EXERCISE AND UNSOLVED QUESTION AS IT IS HUGE BOOK BUT DON'T THINK OF IT IN SOLVE EXAMPLES MANY QUESTIONS ARE REPETED SO SELECT GOOD ONE AND SOLVE ACC TO ME FOR ONE TOPIC U HARDLY TAKE 1AND HALF HOUR
AFTER DOING IT DO A DAS OBJECTIVE IT IS VERY HELPFUL
AND IF U HAVE DONE THIS ALSO DO SOLVE PREVIOUS AIEEE MATHS PAPERS FRM STUDYPLACES.COM

as u r aiming 4 aieee , so my 1st advice wud b dat u must fully study NCERT books. all formulas n concepts shud b learnt by heart.
den study KC Sinha.. i hv used this book n trust me .... it is vry conceptual n prefect 4 aieee.
u can also go 4 Arihant publicns.
after getting ur concepts clear, solve quests frm arihant question
bank. previous yrs aieee questns along with solutions r gven
in arihant.
dont rush 4 diff books. be selective n put in more effort.
for maths,, i feel this much is enough.

hey.. thank u ...n which book is better a das gupta or kc. sinha?
i also have tmh but never used it as i think it is more related to iit than aieee

look 4 aieee KC Sinha is gud
a das gupta is for iit .
u hv tmh as well wich is a standard book 4 iit .
as i said for aieee u shud not rush for tough books.
as u hv decided to prepare 4 aieee,, den stick to it ........

actually i want to get one of the topmost ranks
so that is y ws thinkin if a difficult book will be better

so do u all mean that preparing 4 iit and aieee r 2 diff. things.my target is aieee.but someone told me that preparing 4 jee will also prepare me 4 aieee.is this not true?
