have not done organic chemistry but i shall try to guess at this temperature one bond between C-C will be broken to form a single chain and now the two h atoms get attched to each of the carbon so we get propane
me not sure wait for other answers

cyclopropane has very high angle strain. so it undergo saturation to form aliphatic propane
|
