I have recently joined the ALL INDIA TEST SERIES conducted by FIITJEE.

But in the previous two tests I am not getting marks.Some of my friends says that the FIITJEE TEST SERIES is of no use bcos they give hi-fi ques.Please advice me that should i continue with it or not&how can i get better marks in it.

Secondly,tell me how should i prepare at this time&what strategy should i use

now so that i can balance the studies both for JEE & BOARD EXAMS.

I know your question is for puneet but i thought I can answer the first part better than him as I was also a fiitjee student.see,AITS is a total waste of time.don't ever get bothered if you dont get marks in that test.your friends are right.they give really hi-fi questions.I had adviced somebody on this site before also ,not to waste time on AITS.don't let your morale and confidence go down due to those test series.my fiitjee maths teacher gave me this advice that i am forwarding to you now.

same as above . i'll also advice u...even i hav joined it...bt jst to realize my mistakes...n dnt bother bout questions...they r really very above the "now " JEE-level.... so jst chill...n njoi studying

Go with Rashmi's advice for the first part ... rite !!!! .. i am in complete agreement with her ...

 

Now the other part .. well u need to decide ur priority .. whether u want to give importance to board exams or not ..

 

Let me tell u what i did .. i said to myself that let the board exams suffer a bit ... I need to focus on JEE ..

 

So now i studied for boards only when my pre boards were going on or when the boards themselves came ..

 

In rest of the time i was preparing for my JEE only ... n this did helped ..

I scored fine in boards also ..

Also let me tell u .. if u get into IIT .. no one will ask u about ur performance in 12th boards ..

However u are the one who needs to  decide .. just sit back n think what do u want to do .. n act accordingly .. i have presented my views .. rite ....
