hi alkynes are proton donors bcoz they r acidic in nature as compared to alkanes and alkenes.for this refer to pg no.386 in NCERT book. its explanation is given. and for alcohol i think its like this C2H5OH+H2O------>C2H5O -+H3O+ but about ammonia , i ve no idea. hope this helps !!!!!!!!!!!
