Heal my broken heart

If you are suffering from a broken heart due to a relationship breaking up you will probably find yourself on an emotional roller coaster; you can't eat, can't sleep, feel nauseous and just want to die. Even if you are over the initial "roller coaster" shock you may be feeling melancholy, even depressed and unsure of where you are going to find happiness.

Regardless of your situation the pain you feel is very real and is a call to action. You can't go on with these debilitating emotions controlling your life. They say time heals and given enough time, a few years, you will heal. So if you don't want to still feel heart broken this time next year and maybe the year after you need to take control. The lack of control is one of the major fears contributing to your emotional instability. The most important step to take at this point is to make a decision and act upon it. If you have recently split up you need to clarify the situation with your ex, then decide to do what is necessary to resolve your differences or decide to move on. If you feel you have given it your best shot and your relationship is over you should accept that fact and make the decision to move on.

Feeling broken hearted is no place to live your life and the first step to recovery is to decide to do so.

Once you have recovered and you look back on what you went through you will see that the most painful period was before you made the decision to move on. Many people go on suffering for years from heartache because they never come to accept what has happened. Make a decision and act on it, you will start to recover immediately.
