pls help me out for jee counseling

i got jee rank 2896 ... so as faras my options are concerned .. agroculture and food - kharagpur mining - kharagpur biotech - guwahati civil - guwahati or in case i get lucky civil - roorkee chemical - guwahati on the other hand i m getting a bits score of 358 .. which means i wil get electrical or mechanical at pilani campus.. courses of my choice .. but im caught b/w the braand vs branch tussle .. can some expert give me the suggestion what to do abt it ??
