How to reach the IIT Roorkee campus?
IIT Roorkee institute is well connected with the road as it is situated on National Highway 58 and 73. Railways can be another means of transportation as it is on Amritsar-Howrah main rail route. The only airport near Roorkee is Delhi airport.
Are there any campus facilities available?
Hostel facility is available for both boys and girls at Roorkee IIT location. There are seven hostels boys and two for the girls.
Apart from accommodation facility there are clubs for recreational activities. Four different kinds of clubs are there Hobbies club, U.G. Club, P.G. Club and Alaknanda Club.
The campus is equipped with other basic facility of Banks, Post Offices, Railway Reservation Counter, and Hospital etc.
