There is a powerful method to solve a problem esp.in maths(analytical geo.).
Find answer using options.Substitute the options in the given question to find the answer.Remember this is applicable only in objective questions and when the option none of these is not there.

It can also be applied to problems on summation or series.

In indefinite integral and differential eqns when there is no clue to proceed try differentiating options.

This sometimes saves a lot of time.
