1.MOSELY using X rays studies gave mod periodic law and modified mendeleevs P T ,arranging elements in to 7 periods and 9 groups(0 to 8) 2.RANG;WERNER;BURY used bohr bury concept of electronic configuration & proposd long form of PT having 7 periods &18 groups
