Thats not entirely true thanx to kota and quota. I had gone to iit counselling this yr and almost evry1 i askd was frm kota except 1 who had done fiitjee locally . Many were droppers . They didnt strike me as the cream of the country for sum reason and wer unrefind in der language and behaviour. As for building ur personality , ths can done in any good coll with a hostel as u have oodles of free time and if u spend it rghtly u ll emerge a bettr person. Tho in iit and elsewer 2 , some ppl tend 2 stick 2 lan gaming | |||||||||||||
