deven!! in question first assertion is wrong, because if the charge included by guassian surface is zero then it does not imply the electric field 0 at any point of surface.....it implies that the net electric field and net flux through the whole surface is zero not at any point.... just take some examples of unsymmetric distribution and try to point out the electric field at any point it wont come equal to zero in many cases..!! | |||||||||||||
