why ethyl nitrate called ester of the acid

these are known as inorganic ester because like in organic ester oxygen atom attach with alkyl group so called alkylalkanoate but here inorganic group attach with it so called inorganic ester for example glyceryltrinitrate when gycerol reacts with HNO3 ,here glycerol is alcohol while HNO3 is inorganic acid.same reaction ouccurs when ROH reacts with H2SO4 to form ROSO3H this is also an example of inorganic ester. | |||||||||||||
