U might just make it to BITS-Goa, U will be stuck with some MSc Course there too. There is a saving grace :u will hv this option of doing a dual course in Engg there.
If u go to ISM, go with an intention of doing a PhD later on from the US. Just a plain MSc wd not help.Are u keen on doing a research in Chemistry ?
What r the options u hv ? AIEEE ? State level Engg Colleges ?
