the result date of 5th counselling doesnt bother me right now, first whats important is the date when they declare the rules, eligibility and procedure of 5th counselling along with vacant seat info.

yaar if everyone is automatically eligible then again we won't get anything!!! those who haven't got any allotment should be made to fill a form whether they want the seat or no.. because i know so many peple from 15k to 35k who've taken admission in local/regional colleges. if they're automatically eligible and get an allotment.. saare vaapas aa jaenge. and if they dont leave their colleges then again we'll have tonnes of vacancies.
