The bits goa guy is kidding man. Bits goa is not even in top 15 engineering colls of india (Though campus wize it is the best amongst all engineering colleges in India) . Now bits pilani is at par with iitr and itbhu and better than ism and iit guwahati. Whats the diff u ask? The diff is the history and the alumni. bits pilani is famous 4 its modernity and flexibility. its electronics courses and oher dual courses r good. However none of them match the pan iit alumni. IIT is IIT. Make what u want to of my last statement.
