If I am lying then whatever I said is a lie, therefore my sattement "I'm lying " is a lie, hence I am not lying. On the other hand, If I'm not lying, then whatever I say is true therefore my statement "I am lying" is also true, hence I'm lying. In this case the statement couldn't be said T or F .....
This is a famous liar's paradox ...
