 I'm a bitsian (EEE-bpgc), so I can tell you.

BITS asks quite simple concept based questions. For physics, do HC Verma properly, you will be able to crack this section easily.(if you prepare for jee, physics of bitsat will be a cakewalk, provided you have speed)

Chemistry- I recommend following the OLD NCERT Chem textbook, especially for chapters like stereochemistry, chemistry in everyday life, etc. Otherwise the normal chemistry would do.

Maths, just follow any aieee level book. The questions asked are quite simple, though a bit tricky.

And last, practice atleast 3 bitsat papers (the more the better, esp for english and logic) on your computer from mtg/arihant/others.(do this after your jee is over)
