electrophilic substitution reaction mainly occurs in aromatic compounds where electrophile attack on benzene ring to form product.for example benzene reacts with CH₃Cl to form toluene.but these type of reaction also ouccrs in 1-alkyne in special cases for example ethyne reacts with ammonical cuprous chloride to form dicopper acetalide where H⁺is substituted by Cu^{+.your second question is}alkyl and aryl ,by aliphatic hydrocarbon methyl or ethyl or ehenyl while aryl when group attach with benzene ring directly for example chlorobenzene is aryl halide.your third ques where H₂O₂ Contains both polar and nonpolar bond because O-O bond is nonpolar while O-H bond is polar.
