electrophilic substitution reaction mainly occurs in aromatic compounds where electrophile attack on benzene ring to form product.for example benzene reacts with CH3Cl to form toluene.but these type of reaction also ouccrs in 1-alkyne in special cases for example ethyne reacts with ammonical cuprous chloride to form dicopper acetalide where H+is substituted by Cu+.your second question is alkyl  and aryl ,by aliphatic hydrocarbon methyl or ethyl or ehenyl while aryl when group attach with benzene ring directly for example chlorobenzene is aryl halide.your third ques where H2O2 Contains both polar and nonpolar bond because O-O bond is nonpolar while O-H bond is polar.
