1) [ x] [0] x sin 1/x x 1/x sin1/x inf. 0 0 2/pi pi/2 1 1/pi pi 0 2/3 pi 3pi/2 -1 1/2pi 2pi 0 2/5pi 5pi/2 1 from above info . we conclude dat there's no particular value for sin1/x it oscillates between -1 and 1....... Left hand limit: [ x] [0-] xsin1/x = (x tends to 0)* (sin1/x oscillating between -1 and 1) = 0 similarly for R.H.L which comes out to be equal to L.H.L = 0 Hence the ans. = 0
