the mistake lies in ur assumption of the angle using minutes.

60 minute = 1 degree ??????
and that too on a clock hand?? i think thats wrong.

if u observe a clock( a circle, really), 60 minutes = 360 degrees,
so, 20 minutes is 120 degrees.
and hence theta=2pie/3

so u get the same answer eventually
