First of all find the no of moles of oxygen which comes out to be .0048
No. of moles of NO is 0.006.
Now sufficient oxygen is available for forming NO2(100 percent)
So 0.006 moles of NO2 will be formed.

Now finding moles of mixture of N2O4 and NO2 by putting P=0.41 ,V=.25 ......... which comes out to be 0.004.

Now suppose X Part of NO2 is getting Dimerized

0.004=0.006 * X/2 +0.006 - 0.006X

Take Accurate values and you will get 68.63
Now i am in a hurry so here it comes out to be 66.7
