the reqd conditions are

 

16 - x^2 >=0  implies -4 <= x <= 4

 

sinx >= 0  implies x belongs to [2n pi, 2n pi+pi]

 

but the first condition restricts our domain of sinx>=0 to x = [0, pi]

 

so ans is [-4,4]  [0,pi]
