whn a plane moves thru air, it produces waves in air which moves throughout the air & disturbs the signal.If it's a jet, then it produces shock waves which r powerfull enough 2 disturb the waves coming to the television.
 
Wll all these r my thoughts,& i can also guess another reason. When aeroplane moves in air, it collides with air molecules continously & so will definitely get charged ( not very much).And a charged particle (moving) produces magnetic fields .these may be the reason of distortion of the signal.
