how can one enter merchant navy without qualifying for iit-jee?

what is the approx. salary we can draw after doing aviation engg. from national ins.of aviation engg. and after doing textile from IIT-D?

WHAT IS IMPORTANT BRAND- NAME OR THE COURSE(FOR HIGHER PAY)???
