Well Purav Genius is right. Pseudo force is only introduced to the the body in the same dynamic frame. If you are in the lift and say the total acc of the body be f then,. mf = mg+ma(pseudo)
f = (g+a)
But if U r viewing the lift from a static frame then the pseudo will not be introduced on the body and then f = g
The whole thing is described in the diagram. The upper portion shows the dynamic and the lower one shows the static frame
